Here is where you’ll find all the info on
my online and in person studio classes!
These pregnancy yoga classes will nurtrue and support your body and mind throughout your pregnancy. We’ll move and flow in a safe and supportive way that will help ease the physical body from the aches and changes our bodies go through growing our babies. Our physical practice will help us connect to your breath and your baby-to-be, you’ll learn breathing techniques that can help you relax and prepare for labour and positions that can encourage baby into the optimal position for birth.
We’ll also build strength, safely activating our core and stabilising the pelvis with pelvic floor and glute work which will help keep you strong for birth and aid your postnatal recovery.
We’ll also take time to connect with ourselves, honouring the journey our bodies and minds are going through as we adjust to becoming a mother (or a mother of 2 or more!) .
Leaving you feeling restored and supported in your journey

IN PERSON CLASSES
PRENATAL YOGA AT
PREMA YOGA BROOKLYN
At Court Street
“We believe that a good prenatal class imparts non-judgmental emotional, physical and informational support for the transformation through pregnancy and beyond. This means inviting mothers-to-be to connect in a loving space where they can nourish mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and birth. Expect a guided meditation, pranayama-for-two, succulent vinyasa flow, wall work, yin restorative poses, and a blissful mother-baby savasana”.
COMING BACK SPRING 2023
